Affinity Groups

Affinity groups form by topic (e.g., Interviewing this year, working with difficult leaders, Trailing Spouse/Partners, etc.) or demographics (e.g., black women, Latinx, liberal arts provosts, etc.)!  There are affinity groups based upon your needs or goals--this is our mission.  We exist to help one another succeed, we are a membership-based network of supporters.

A Team of Supporters

The core design of PVPEER, is to provide a membership-based  mutual-aid network.  No one succeeds alone, our program is designed to support you with a lot of help from others.  You get a coach and a group of supporters.  

Class of 2025

Goal-Oriented

Cohorts form each quarter and their goals are to learn together and help one another secure their next position.  They brainstorm together, grow together, help one another identify opportunities, apply for positions, and complete mock interviews, etc. for one another.

Faculty-Led

Group Activities

A seasoned faculty member leads each cohort and helps them learn the essential skills to move to the next level.  Meetings are typically one or two-hours each, every month or so for approximately 16 hours of coaching each year.
